From the calendar, choose New call. Pick a prep day, a single day, a festival, a conference, or a tour. A position you add and leave empty stays on the call until someone is assigned.
Open the call and press Request on that person’s row. Stagecall emails and texts them. When they answer yes or no, the production manager gets an email and a text naming who answered. Someone who already confirmed does not get another button.
Time off keeps that person off calls that fall on those dates. On a festival, tour, or conference, it applies to the day they are away, not the whole run.
Every call has a crew day sheet and a PM day sheet. The crew sheet is what the team works from. The PM sheet includes the contacts and notes for the person running the day.
A venue can hold buildings and rooms, so a conference can put each session in a room. A parking map can sit on the venue for the crew to open from the call.
On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password and enter the company and username. If that login has an email on file, a reset link is sent there.
